One email address, read by the person who writes and checks every listing on this site. There is no contact form, no ticket system, and no support team behind it — which means a real person reads what you send, and also that there is only one of them.
This address is owner-controlled and configured in the site's environment settings.
What to write about
All of these are welcome, and the first one most of all.
- Corrections. A price that has changed, a plan that was renamed or retired, a free tier that shrank, an access link that no longer goes where it should, a description that no longer matches the product. Reader corrections are the main way errors on this site get found.
- Questions about the checks. How a particular listing was verified, what its status means, or why something is described the way it is. The About page covers the process in full, but if it does not answer your question, ask.
- A resource worth looking at. Send it — genuinely useful suggestions are read. Two honest caveats: most suggestions do not end up listed, because everything here has to be used and checked first, and no amount of money moves that decision. There is deliberately no submission form.
- Press, permissions, and citation. Questions about quoting or referencing the site, or about how a listing was reached.
- Provider, legal, and removal requests. If you operate a listed service and something in its entry is factually wrong, or you want the entry removed, write in and say so. Corrections from providers are checked against your own public pages like any other fact.
What makes a correction quick to fix
Three things, and none of them take long to include: the address of the listing you are writing about, what specifically is wrong, and a link to the provider's own page that shows the current fact. With that link, a correction is usually a five-minute job. Without it, it goes back into the queue of things to re-check by hand.
What to expect back
Replies usually come within a few days. Corrections are normally acted on before they are answered — the listing gets fixed, then you hear back. Nothing is automated, so there is no confirmation email and no reference number; if the site changes, that is the confirmation.
Plainly, so nobody wastes their time: offers of paid placement, sponsored posts, link building, guest articles, and “collaborations” that amount to buying a listing will not get a reply. Neither will bulk outreach. The reasons are set out under editorial independence on the About page.
What this site can't help with
AI Finder Hub is a directory, not a support channel for the tools it lists. Account problems, billing questions, refunds, and technical faults have to go to the provider itself — this site has no access to your account with them and no relationship with any of them. Requests for advice on which tool to buy get the same answer the listings give: read the resources entry, then confirm the current details on the provider's own pages before paying for anything.
